    SWEAT

    SWEAT is designed to get your heart rate up, your body moving, and your mindset switched on. These sessions combine cardio intervals, athletic conditioning, agility work, and functional training to build endurance, power, and mental toughness.

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    Strength meets stamina in this all-rounder training session.
    Using lighter-to-moderate weights, higher reps, and short rest periods, you’ll target every major muscle group in a fast, functional format. These classes are designed to build lean strength, boost athletic performance, and increase your overall work capacity.

    MAT PILATES

    Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and connect deeply with your body.
    Mat Pilates at Headstrong is a low-impact, form-focused class that helps develop core stability, glute activation, lower-back support, and overall balance. Using deliberate movement and controlled breathing, you'll move through sequences that challenge your muscles in ways you didn’t know existed.

    This is where real, measurable strength gets built.
    Strength & Power is a structured, progression-based class focused on heavy lifts, lower reps, and longer rest periods. You’ll learn correct technique, develop confidence under the bar, and build pure power through compound movements like squats, deadlifts, rows, and presses.

    Yoga

    Movement that reconnects you to breath, focus, and calm.
